Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church

Sunday Worship

At Good Shepherd, the worship of God is central to who we are. Our worship is God-centered, joyful and reverent. Through worship we seek to glorify God, draw nearer to Him, and be transformed by Him.

Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 am.

A nursery for babies and toddlers is available. A Bible time for preschoolers (ages 3-6 years) is available during the sermon.

The next most important thing is our Sunday school program. Good Shepherd believes that study of God's Word, growing in the knowledge of the Bible, and responding to what is studied with increasing joy and obedience, is an important aspect of Christian discipleship (Matthew 28:19-20). In light of this, Good Shepherd is committed to implementing a sound Sunday school program covering a variety of Biblical topics throughout the year.

Sunday school begins at 9:00 am with a short Opening Exercises time and the Sunday school year is divided into three13-week quarters beginning in September. Sunday school does not meet during the summer quarter.  Sunday school classes are divided into the following age-specific groups:

  • Nursery
  • Pre-K/K
  • Primary
  • Junior
  • Junior High
  • High School
  • Adult
